MISSION
Our Mission is to provide all the people we serve with a well-rounded program based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), which is evidence based, and data driven. We conduct all our interactions with expertise, understanding, and compassion and ensure we produce competence, independence, and happiness in every person we meet.

VISION
To transform the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities in Massachusetts by maximizing their well-being, fostering autonomy and independence, and creating a future rich with expanded opportunities across their entire lifespan through exceptional ABA services.

GUIDING PRINCIPLES
​Our guiding principles are providing individualized treatment, making data driven decisions, ensuring meaningful outcomes treating clients and their families with respect and dignity, promoting independence, empowering clients to develop skills to make them as independent as possible while actively involving families all the while adhering to ethical guidelines provided by the BACB.

We conduct ourselves with the utmost honesty, transparency, and ethical responsibility. We believe in working collaboratively with all of our stakeholders. We adhere to the highest standards of scientific rigor utilizing research validated ABA principles and techniques.

We feel strongly that a well-rounded program includes positive relationships between clients, staff, and families. If everyone is invested, happy, and involved, learning will take place. Accordingly, relationship development is a fundamental part of our program, at every level.
The companies’ leadership is Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Massachusetts Licensed Behavior Analyst, and licensed Special Educator Jill E. McGrale Maher, M.A.. Ms. McGrale Maher has over 35 years of experience in the field. Jill is a highly successful and experienced professional with extensive experience in the applied behavior analytic community. Jill has extraordinary clinical and educational program
development competencies, with demonstrated success in the development of clinical and educational programming for learners with autism spectrum disorder along the life-span, in public and private settings.
One of the things that is very important to Jill is her relationship with the family and meeting not only the child’s needs but the family’s needs as well. Even though she has many years of experience, Jill strongly believes that you, as the parent, know your child better than anyone and we need to work as a team. Initially Jill will be the BCBA/LABA supervising all the children’s programs. And even as the program grows, she will stay very connected to all families.
