JILL MCGRALE MAHER

Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Massachusetts Licensed Behavior Analyst, and licensed Special Educator Jill E. McGrale Maher, M.A. oversees all clinical matters at McGrale and Associates. Ms. McGrale Maher has over 40 years of experience in the field. Jill is a highly successful and experienced professional with extensive experience in the applied behavior analytic community. Jill has extraordinary clinical and educational program development competencies, with demonstrated success in the development of clinical and educational programming for learners with autism spectrum disorder along the life-span, in public and private settings.
One of the things that is very important to Jill is her relationship with the family and meeting not only the child’s needs but the family’s needs as well. Even though she has many years of experience, Jill strongly believes that you, as the parent, know your child better than anyone and we need to work as a team. Jill onboards all new clients and supervises the BCBA/LABA that works with each family. And even as the program grows, she will stay very connected to all our families.

Steve has a background in medical sales and finance. He enjoys helping those that are in need and volunteers for different charities. He is dedicated to providing the clients of McGrale and Associates the best possible resources in order to receive the best possible services. Steve is responsible for HR, IT, Finances, and assisting the clinical team with any support that they may require.

Haley Thurber
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Haley Provides direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians & Behavior Technicians while overseeing & managing her learners cases. Haley has 4 years of experience in the field working with learners that have autism spectrum disorder in the home, center and private school setting. Haley has been licensed as a Behavior Analyst for 1.5 years.
A passion of Haley’s is working collaboratively with all the providers that a learner receives services from. Haley ensures in her practice that all learners and family needs are met with the services that are individualized to them, while seeking to create a positive learning environment.
Jessica Shugrue
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Jess has worked in the ABA field for 15 years and has been a BCBA for 5. She has experience in
residential, school, and home settings, working with clients of all ages. Jess loves collaborating with
families and school professionals to make sure everyone is on the same page. Her favorite part
about being a BCBA is watching her clients make progress towards independence,
communicate their needs, and sharing their successes with their family.
