ABA SERVICES PROVIDED

The company's ABA services and treatments will differ in scope intensity, staffing, and duration of treatment based on the clinical needs of the individual and not determined by age.  The company provides both comprehensive and focused ABA services.  When a treatment plan is considered comprehensive it typically will include multiple goals across multiple skill domains and will require a more intense or higher dosage of treatment as compared to focused ABA services.  In focused ABA services the scope of treatment is more narrow and may require fewer hours of treatment.  

The patients' needs and targeted goals will determine the location where ABA services are delivered, and generalization across settings including maintenance of skills is always a primary consideration.  Currently our primary modality of treatment is in-person service delivery, either in home or in the community as we currently do not have a center.  Our staffing is individualized on a case-by-case manner and according to patients' needs (e.g. learning styles, rates of challenging behavior, etc.).  Our treatment duration is based on the patients' individual needs and specified in our discharge plan.

  

McGrale & Associates Consulting Group provides home and community-based ABA programs
for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). All
programming is based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).  We also provide school
consultation, BCBA and ABA Therapist coverage in schools, as well as Professional Development.

We implement programs utilizing individualized and developmentally appropriate curriculum
with an emphasis on increasing skills while always considering everyone’s interests and the

The goal of our approach is to develop skills that will reduce the gap
between each individual’s abilities and their same age peers and increase levels of
independence for adult life.
